Recommended booking notice

  • Best booked 3+ days in advance
  • Holiday periods are best booked 1+ week ahead

Final lesson arrangements depend on instructor availability, weather, and resort coordination.

Winter booking policy

Refunds, credits, and rescheduling

  • All winter lessons are non-refundable.
  • Unused lesson credit can be carried into the next winter season and may be transferred to another student.
  • Private lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If the instructor has already arrived at the resort on the lesson day, the full lesson time will be deducted.
  • Student late arrivals do not receive extra time. If an instructor is late, double lesson time credit will be returned.
  • Group lessons and camps follow the agreed schedule. Unless the resort closes due to extreme weather, lessons proceed as planned.
  • Student absences are treated as no-shows and lesson time is not refunded or replaced.

Summer booking policy

Refunds, credits, and rescheduling

  • If there are no remaining openings near the end of the season, you may email customer support to convert the lesson into credit for next year.
